Return / Cancellation Policy
At ANVAYA, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care, precision, and refined craftsmanship. To maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer experience, we follow a transparent and responsible return policy.
We accept return or cancellation requests within 24 hours of delivery strictly for products that are:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
In original packaging
With all tags and certificates intact
Due to the delicate nature of tone gold plating and hygiene considerations, any jewellery that shows signs of wear, usage, exposure to perfume, moisture, chemicals, or physical damage will not be eligible for return.
Important Notes:
Returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
Approved returns will be processed as per our refund or exchange policy.
Return shipping responsibilities will be communicated at the time of approval.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
ANVAYA reserves the right to accept or decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship, ensuring fairness, hygiene, and the premium standards we stand for.

Replacement / Re-plating policy
At ANVAYA, we believe premium jewellery deserves long-term care and lasting value. Our Care & Replating Program is designed to offer continued beauty, trust, and craftsmanship beyond purchase.
0–3 Months: Complimentary Replacement
We offer a one-time complimentary replacement for manufacturing defects or plating-related issues, subject to:
Quality inspection
No signs of misuse
No physical damage
No chemical exposure
No improper storage
No accidental damage
4–6 Months: Complimentary Re-Plating
Eligible products receive one-time complimentary re-plating, subject to:
Quality inspection approval
Normal wear conditions
No structural damage
No misuse or abuse
No alteration
6–12 Months: Paid Re-Plating + Loyalty Credit
We offer paid re-plating services for eligible products.
As part of our loyalty program:
An additional discount code will be provided to the customer upon completion of the paid re-plating service. This code may be used on a future ANVAYA purchase of equal or higher value and will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Important:
- If a product has been replaced under the 0–3 month replacement policy, it will not be eligible for complimentary re-plating under the 4–6 month policy
- Customers may choose to avail either replacement OR complimentary re-plating, but not both for the same product
- Once any service has been utilized, the product will only qualify for paid re-plating services thereafter till 12 months
